By registering as a carrier on Certu Weave, you agree to the commitments below. This summary describes how the platform works and what you take on when you accept a shipment.

1. 1Acceptance is binding. Accepting a tender is a binding commitment to haul the shipment. For a multi-shipment group tender, acceptance is all-or-nothing: you commit to every shipment in the group.
2. 2Approval is required. Your account is reviewed by platform operations before you can accept shipments. Registration does not guarantee approval.
3. 3Assign within the grace period. After you win a shipment, you must assign a truck and driver before the assignment grace period lapses.
4. 4Keep your profile accurate. You agree to keep your company, truck, and lane information current so that the shipments matched to you reflect what you can actually carry.
